A beautiful hotel in a very beautiful unbelivable location. Dine & look at the lakes & mountains. A little far out of town but you can catch the bus. You will not be disappointed
The stuffs were so kind and helpfull.Thank you very much for the kindness.
The room dosen't have the amenity someday and the beds were too soft to have a rest.
Location was spectacular, although further from the town than I expected.
Thouht it was poor value for money.
The fantastic meal at the restuarant
The repairs needing doing in the bathroom ie hole in door.
great stay, friendly staff, would recommend and come again. Price very reasonable and food of good quality and very affordable on a budget.
would have liked a bath, the sign in the bathroom made us laugh cos it said not to overfill the bath.
The view and location. Very small room.
Insufficient tea bags 3 for a 3 day stay we had to request more. Had to request a waste bin for the bathroom and a soft drink can was left in the room by staff.
Very good value for money / great view / great lounge / excellent breakfast / great rooms
Very handy to the people I visit in Queenstown. Great breakfasts.
Would have preferrred to be in the main building not in the 200 series units.
Lovely views, modern rooms, great staff! $15 room upgrade was well worth it!
Rooms are small.
Nice room, Awesome view, Close to town, Affordable, Clean and Comfortable.
The staff made our stay memorable, they gave us great local knowledge on what to do in Queenstown. All the staff that we had time with were great fun, and gave us great service. would definatley return to stay again.
everything about our stay was great.
It had all we wanted/needed - excellent restaurant and bar, magnificent view, regular bus service or short walk to Centre of Queenstown. Good rooms. Topped of with very fair price.
Location , friendly staff overall got what I expected Though there were some problems with heating in rooms ,etc
Heating in apartment rooms inadequate , also detailed mauntainence not made for apartments adjacent to hotel But overall staff were very friendly and took good care of the lacunas when pointed out .overall must say had a good stay !
The price is reasonable while the quality is good enough. Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. A number of services (tour booking) are also included.
The only drawback comes from the position of the hotel. Tanoa Aspen is located far from the center; thus, it is quite consuming to move from Queenstown center to the hotel on foot. Nonetheless, tourists could also travel by bus. Additionally, the view of each room (even the cheapest room) is quite nice.
Everything was adequate.
The room was very "tired" and not really clean. It was noisy as the local bus passed through the complex every 30 mins from 7am till late, plus the noise of hotel service vehicles and visiting coaches.
